One-off Remote Support Session - 1 Hour

When you purchase 1 hour of technical support*, it can be banked to be used at any point within 30 days from your purchase date. This is a one-off product. If you wish to purchase monthly support, then see our other packages.
Please note we only support Windows and Linux devices at present.
Once purchased, we will contact you to let you know who your allocated engineer is.
*If you use more than 1 hour, we will bill you in increments of 15 minutes. i.e. if you use 1 hour and 5 minutes, you will be billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

One-off Technical Support Visit - On-site - 3 Hours

*If you use more than 3 hours, we will bill you in increments of 30 minutes. i.e. if you use 3 hours and 10 minutes, you will be billed for 3 hour and 30 minutes.

1 Hour per Month Support - Endpoint Machines

Technical Support Agreement (Remote + 1 Day On-Site)

Please note that the support provided is remote, and will require you to install a remote support agent on your machine. At present, we only provide technical support for Windows devices. Linux & Mac are excluded from our support packages.
With this package, we will include 1 on-site day. An engineer will visit your property and carry out any in-scope works required by you or your staff.** You can spread this across multiple days (i.e. 2 x half-days, or 1 x full day).
*Unlimited = max. number of tickets is 50/month. 30 minutes/ticket maximum.
** 1 day = 7 working hours. The engineer will work an 8-hour day, with a 1-hour lunch.
