1) Login to our client portal (https://portal.ajrbcloud.uk)
2) Select your VPS from your services - click 'View Details'
3) Scroll down to 'VPS Information' then click Setting > Reinstall
4) Select the Operating System that you wish to install and the version. NOTE: If you have a Linux VPS, DO NOT select Windows. Windows will fail to install on Linux VPS plans and we will need to reset the VPS, resulting in data loss. We are working to remove the Windows option from the Linux VPS panel, as it is destructive. If you are interested in a Windows VPS, please contact sales@ajrb.co.uk and we can provision one manually for you - automatic provisioning is not yet supported. The ISO option is also not supported YET.
Your server may take 3-4 minutes to complete reinstallation.
